On a scale of 1–10, how attractive do you consider yourself?
If you have to run to the mirror before answering...I’ll wait.
Okay, now what did you rate yourself?
If you rated yourself anything less than a “7”, give yourself a healthy slap. And you should b*tchslap yourself for these two very important reasons:
1. You should always think highly of yourself. Confidence is king.
2. If you actually aren’t that good looking, you can be if you would only start doing this one easy thing…
Now, before I explain what that one small thing is, let’s discuss the topic of “attractiveness”.
Yes, we all know that what is attractive to one person may not be the same to someone else. But that’s slightly bullcrap. There is a certain idea of beauty that we can all mostly agree on. This idea can be seen on magazine covers, action movies, and linked arm-in-arm with supermodels.
The secret to being good-looking has nothing to do with genetics, or luck, or penis-size (which is really just genetics and luck combined). No, the secret to being good-looking can be found in "symmetry".
Symmetry means that there is a balance in the way that your body looks. Which is to say that things are proportionate in relation to other parts of your body, based on the idea of what we generally consider proportionate. So if you have one eye or a huge humpback, then you may not win any beauty pageants because there is no proportion.
And while some people are born with naturally balanced everything (they’re in the “lucky” group), most people aren’t and have to work to create this symmetry.

This is empowering.
It means that you are entirely in control of your level of “good looking”-ness.

(How awesome is that?)
And all it takes is a little bit of discipline (say no to donuts!), and a little bit of help...
