WHO IS JESUS? (JOHN 8:1-11)
LISTEN; what God like ? imagine you wanted to talk with a fish in a pond - you simply couldn't the only way to do it would be to become a fish.Its the same with God and us . he knew it was impossible for us to have a relationship with him so he made the first move -by becoming one of us .Jesus is God's way of saying, look at my son and then you'll see me
LEARN; what do we learn about God from jesus in this story?
1.God cares about truth.we see this because jesus was so eager to teach thruth to the people v2.
2.God knows our heart.Jesus saw past their religious acts to the sin deep within thier hearts v7.
3.God's wise. Jesus dealt oh so cleverly with the trap set for him v9
4.God's loves. We see this in how gently jesus dealt with a broken woman v10
5.God;s forgiving. Jesus didn't condemn the woman - even though she was clearly in the wrong place v11
6.God's holy. jesus told her to sin no more.
CONCLUSION; so, we see God in the life of jesus!in the past God spoke ..... through the prophets ...... but in these last days he has spoken to us by his son ....... through whom he made the universe. the son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being"(hebrews 1:1-11
