Brad Pitt: 'World War Z' Sequel Is in Development

Brad Pitt is up for "World War Z" sequel. Speaking to Variety at the Toronto Film Festival where he promoted his new film "12 Years a Slave", the actor confirms a follow-up to the post-apocalyptic movie is in development and he would love to reprise his role as the United Nations agent Gerry Lane.

"We're certainly talking about it, yes," he says when asked whether or not a sequel to the horror film is in the works. "We have so many ideas on the table from the time we spent developing this thing and figuring out how the zombie worlds work."

Rita Ora Closes DKNY's Show at New York Fashion Week

DKNY's new face Rita Ora strutted her way at the label's catwalk show at the New York Fashion Week. Wearing an outfit from Spring Summer 2014 line, the singer/songwriter who replaced Cara Delevingne as the face of DKNY, became the last model who walked the runway on Sunday, September 8.

Ora wore a white top which bears the label's name and a black skirt. She walked confidently, struck some poses and flashed a smile along the way. Designer Donna Karan followed Ora and took a bow. She was welcomed with thunderous applause from the audience.

'Boardwalk Empire' 4.02 Preview: New Law Officer Bothers Nucky

When "Boardwalk Empire" returns with a new episode of its recently premiered fourth season, Nucky gets to meet Dr. Valentin Narcisse. The philanthropist who runs Harlem arrives in Atlantic City, clashing with Chalky and Nucky over the loss of an employee. But with a business opportunity on the horizon, Nucky later departs for Florida.

Meanwhile, a prohibition agent named Loren Knox, played by Brian Geragthy, introduces himself to Nucky. Despite his claim that he intends to do his duty with "utmost seriousness," he was previously described as "having ulterior motives in his newly assigned post in Atlantic City." He aligns himself with J. Edgar Hoover (Eric Ladin), acting director of the Bureau of Investigation.

Serena Williams Wins Fifth U.S. Open Title

Even a gusty wind and a gritty challenger could not stop Serena Williams from winning her fifth U.S. Open title on Sunday, Septeber 8 at the Arthur Ashe Stadium. The no.1-ranked Williams beat worthy opponent Victoria Azarenka of Belarus (7-5), (6-7), (6-1) to claim her 17th Grand Slam title, tying the record first set by Roger Federer for the men.

The thrilling match served as a repeat of last year's final, which the 31-year-old Williams had won. Despite Azarenka's strong determination to give a close fight, Williams proved overpowering en route to her 17th grand slam singles title, just one short of the records of trailblazing female tennis players Martina Navratilova and Chris Evert but still 7 titles short of Margaret Court's 24 titles.

Carrie Underwood Debuts 'Sunday Night Football' Opening Theme

The evening of September 8 was eagerly awaited by National Football League fans not just for the new season's kick-off match between the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants but also for the scheduled debut of Carrie Underwood's rendition of "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night", NBC's "Sunday Night Football" opening theme. The 30-year-old country music superstar is the "SNF" theme's new singer, replacing Faith Hill who served as the show's opening voice for the past six years.

The almost two-minute clip shows the Grammy Award winner performing the theme song with her powerful vocals in front of a packed stadium, interspersed with images of the league's top players such as Andrew Luck, Clay Matthews III, Eli Manning and Tony Romo. Underwood also rocks an ensemble of a sleeveless, sequined blue top and denim shorts with a pair of boots, flaunting her sexy legs in the Verizon logo placement-studded video.

The newlyweds later celebrated the happy occasion in an Italian restaurant Il Cantinori.

Charles and Flack prefer to keep their romantic relationship private. Some of their public appearances together include the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards in September 2011 as well as Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas' wedding in 2012.

'Sacro GRA' Bags Golden Lion Award at Venice Film Festival

A festival jury headed by veteran filmmaker Bernardo Bertolucci has adjudged Italian documentary "Sacro GRA" as the annual film fest's best film this year. For its director Gianfranco Rosi's excellent exploration of the lives of people who live and work around the famous Rome ring highway, "Sacro GRA" bagged the Golden Lion Award, the festival's highest honor, becoming the first documentary to ever win the coveted award.

Receiving the trophy from Venice Biennale president Paolo Baratta on Saturday night, September 7, Rosi said it was "an incredible honor." Unfortunately, Rosi failed to win the Silver Lion prize for directing, which went to Greece's Alexandros Avranas, director of special jury prize winner "Miss Violence", a film about the suicide of an 11-year-old girl.

Director Werner Herzog has reportedly found his new "Queen of the Desert" for the Gertrude Bell biopic project he has been long working on. Nicole Kidman is reportedly tapped to play the influential female British archaeologist and explorer after Naomi Watts left the project.

The male lead casting also previously had a switcheroo. "Anna Karenina" actor Jude Law was initially attached to portray the leading man before "Oz: The Great and Powerful" star James Franco was signed on to star in the pic. Also joining the cast is Robert Pattinson.

Emma Watson is back on the cast ensemble of a movie adaptation of Emma Forrest's memoir. She was previously attached to the project when it was set up at Warner Bros. with "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" director David Yates on the helm. Eminem Teases 'Berzerk' Music Video

Less than a month after he released "Berzerk", the first single off his forthcoming eighth studio album "MMLP2", Eminem is looking to unveil the track's music video anytime soon. The Grammy Award-winning rap superstar premiered a teaser of the video during his halftime gap appearance at the ESPN broadcast of the Michigan-Notre Dame college football game Saturday night, September 7.

The one-minute-plus clip shows Slim Shady, looking like he never aged since his last music video, rocking a Detroit Pistons jersey and matching headgear in a shout-out to his hometown. It also features the track's producer Rick Rubin and Compton rapper Kendrick Lamar who performed with Eminem in Europe last month at the Glasgow Summer Session in Bellahouston Park followed by a gig at the Stade de France.
